  After his business studies in Regensburg (Germany), and Birmingham (UK), Jan Geissler worked in various positions for the media company Bertelsmann. He consulted the board of Bertelsmann AG as well as Bertelsmann companies, specializing on peer-to-peer and mobile technology. In 2000, he co-founded the wireless application service provider BeMobile as an in-house wireless ASP of Bertelsmann, being responsible for product management, business development and marketing. In 2003, Jan Geissler took the position as Senior Technology Manager Business Modelling & Market Intelligence for the Vodafone Group R&D in Munich.

  Prof. Dr. Lutz Heuser joined SAP AG in 1999. He is responsible for the overall research portfolio management and the corporate venturing organization. His areas of expertise include collaborative business processes; ubiquitous computing and its integration into business applications; blended learning as part of corporate and non-corporate training; as well as security in corporate applications. Mr. Heuser serves on the advisory boards of imedia, Providence, FhG-Fokus, Berlin, FhG-IPSI, Darmstadt, and the D-Grid initiative. He is a Visiting Professor at the National University of Paraguay and an Adjunct Professor of the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane.

  Rudolf van Megen is CEO and co-founder of SQS, a company focused on Software Testing and Quality Management, operating in eight countries across Europe and South Africa. He has performed many different areas of Software Testing and Quality Management over the last 30 years, currently putting his focus on "Independent Testing and Quality Management". Mr. van Megen is a well-known presenter, author of several publications and books, Conference Chair and Programme Committee Member of several SQS Conferences. He holds a diploma in Business Sciences from University of Cologne, Germany.

  After his Studies of Telecommunications and Electronics at Fachhochschule Giessen (Germany), Frank Pfeiffer began his career in the Marketing Department Automatic Control Systems with Buderus, Germany. In his decennial occupation with IBM Germany, he has worked in several positions, finally becoming Managing Director with worldwide responsibility for Telco customers. As Director Sales for Motorola, he is currently in charge of German speaking and Eastern European countries, focusing on GSM, UMTS and WiMAX Network Infrastructure and Applications.

  Ina Schieferdecker has been working as a researcher in the area of design, analysis, testing and evaluation of distributed and real-time systems for numerous years. She became professor for Computer Science at TU Berlin in 2003 and is heading the Competence Center for Modelling and Testing at FOKUS in Berlin since 2005. For her oustanding activities Mrs. Schieferdecker was honored with the Alfried Krupp fellowship award in 2004. She holds a Diploma in Mathematical Computer Science from Humboldt University Berlin and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Technical University Berlin.
