After already using Testing Technologies’ development
environment TTworkbench for
their HSUPA dev test solution,
Aeroflex again relies on Testing Tech software:
Having won the WiMAX Forum contract to develop the protocol
conformance test solution
for the WiMAX 802.16e technology
standard, Aeroflex selects TTworkbench as the TTCN-3
IDE to
be used in their upcoming WiMAX products.
The first product Aeroflex will bring on the market together
with CETECOM Spain, is a
base station emulator for protocol
conformance testing of mobile stations that will
execute
ETSI approved TTCN-3 test cases. A mobile emulator for base
station testing
will follow shortly after.
Delivery of the WiMAX 802.16e test solution is planned for
the second half of 2006.
