The File Transfer Protocol is a commonly used protocol for exchanging files over a TCP/IP based network, independent from the operating system. The FTP port plugin is acting as a FTP client and enables TTworkbench users to communicate via FTP with the system under test. Users can concentrate on writing test cases with full test access to the system under test via FTP.
