TTCN-3 Certificate® was set up on the initiative of ETSI, GTB and iSQI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute, German Testing Board, International Software Quality Institute).

Basis for the syllabus and the
exam is the TTCN-3 standard series. The syllabus itself is provided by the German Testing Board and can be
downloaded here.
